Our Parks Feel the Heat: A Panel on Climate Change and Our Public Lands

Our parks and public land make up more than a third of our state, and hold a special place in our hearts. But despite being protected, Colorado's public lands are vulnerable to drought, wildfires, flooding, and more because of climate change.

To learn more about how to protect them from climate change, join us for a panel discussion on June 10 at 5:00 p.m.

Our panelists will include:

  • Maria Caffrey, Climate Scientist at the University of Colorado
  • Todd McMahon, Archaeologist at History Colorado
  • Hannah Collazo, Environment Colorado State Director
